Lim Guan Eng: DAP Says No To Hudud

DAP’s Lim Guan Eng said that hudud can’t be implemented without consensus.

That was his respond to the Kelantan MB’s statement, saying that PAS will implement hudud laws in Kelantan.

The Star reported that:

The issue of Pakatan supporting hudud, he said, did not arise as DAP was against the implementation of the Islamic law.

He also said, “Pakatan’s position has not changed because DAP’s position in opposing the implementation of the hudud has not changed.” 

Lim pointed out that the opposition pact’s common policy platform and its 2013 General Election manifesto did not mention the implementation of hudud.

He added that neither did it make any mention of the setting up of an Islamic state.

This, he said, had been agreed to by PAS, DAP and PKR – STAR.

Opposition Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS) leaders especially its deputy president, Mohamad Sabu always says that DAP’s Lim Guan Eng understands Islam better than UMNO’s Muslims leaders.

So what will PAS’s leaders say when LIm Guan Eng speak out his stand on the hudud issue?

Are they going to blame it on UMNO as another UMNO’s conspiracy?

Looking at the picture above, you could see that the protesters are Muslim Pakatan Rakyat’s supporters.

I can see the word ‘BANTAH’ or object on the posters but it is interesting that I can’t see any poster that reads, ‘BANTAH COMANGO’.

As Muslims, they should first protest against some of COMANGO’s demands instead of electricity tariff and other issues as written on their posters.

The lady pointed by the two red arrows, is someone who PAS supporters regard as ‘ustazah’. 

She should fight for Islam and hold a poster written, ‘BANTAH COMANGO’ because she claims that she is fighting for Islam.

Or is money more important to them than akidah issues?

And PAS should had organised a big protest against COMANGO if they really care about protecting Islam; but instead PAS leaders join hands with COMANGO leaders and activists to organise protests and demonstrations about other issues other than fighting for Islam.

And PAS or Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party accuse others but their members and allies as un-Islamic.

How sad …

Will PAS Obey To Karpal’s Order?

“Karpal: Deregister PAS and all race and religion-based parties, associations”, this is the title of an article from The Star that caught my attention.

It says:

GEORGE TOWN: Bukit Gelugor MP Karpal Singh has called for all race-based parties, including PAS, to be deregistered.

He said the time had come for all such political parties, as well as professional bodies formed according to racial and religious lines, to be deregistered.

“This applies to all political parties, including PAS, unfortunately,” said Karpal in a press conference Tuesday.

As the chairman of DAP, I don’t think Karpal should made that statement as PAS is an ally of DAP in Pakatan Rakyat.

It shows that Karpal does not respect PAS even after PAS has been helping DAP until some of PAS’s members went against PAS and vote for UMNO.

Anyway, will PAS agree with Karpal’s idea and allow people from other religion to join the party?

Can PAS members and PAS’s Dewan Ulama accept Karpal’s idea?

Is this part of DAP’s plan to humiliate PAS?

If such statement was made by an UMNO’s leader, PAS and Pakatan Rakyat will surely be very, very angry and their leaders will make all kinds of statements against it.

But now, will PAS dare to say anything since it was DAP’s Karpal Singh who made the statement?

I’m waiting for the response from Haji Hadi, Harun Taib, Harun Din, Nik Aziz, Mohamad Sabu, Mahfuz Omar, Khalid Samad, Mujahid Yusof Rawa and others on this issue.

The Sungai Limau by election or PRK N20 Sg Limau will be held tomorrow.

The candidates are Dr Ahmad Sohaimi Lazim, 52 from Barisan Nasional and Mohd Azam Abdul Samat, 37 from PAS.

It is interesting to see if BN can win the by election as N20 Sungai Limau was PAS’s stronghold.

Haji Baharom is Datuk Seri Jamil Khir’s father and he is a member of PAS.

Anyway, it is very interesting when he said that even though he is a member of PAS, that doesn’t means he can’t vote for UMNO.

Now it seems that it is not just Azmin Ali and Khalid Ibrahim who are fighting to become the Menteri Besar (MB) or Chief Minister of Selangor.

Even PAS politicians are fighting for the post too.

Barisan Nasional Wins GE13/ Barisan Nasional Menang PRU13

Barisan Nasional (BN) had won simple majority at 12:50.

The video is about PAS candidate for the parliment seat, P108 Shah Alam, YB Khalid Samad caused havoc during the nomination day on 20th April 2013.

Is he scared of his opponent, YB Zulkifli Bin Noordin?

Khalid complains that his fans at the back could not hear him when the host announces him because there are no applause for YB Khalid.

He also did what he shouldn’t; the candidates should stand at one spot, but he didn’t, he just went away almost out of the podium and the guards have to bring him back to his place.

It is very irresponsible for him to do that because it only causes havoc and if you watch the video propely, he did one more thing that he is not supposed to do, he uses his phone, calling, texting or maybe more.

GE13: “TUMBANG PAKATAN!” – PAS’s Latest War Cry Slogan

During the PRU13 candidate nomination in Marang, Terengganu this morning, PAS supporters grouped together in the middle of the road chanting words of war cry to taunt the Barisan Nasional supporters.

I really love this part of their war cry:

Tumbang, Tumbang ! TUMBANG PAKATAN !

That shows how confused PAS supporters are that they even shouted, “TUMBANG PAKATAN!” 🙂

So, no wonder today they are chanting for, “TUMBANG PAKATAN” 🙂
