Soft, white,
Shiny sugar,
Glittering like crystals,
In a nice little jar.

Used for sweetening,
Your drink or your cake,
Something you’ll need,
When you cook or bake.

Dissolves in water,
Spreading the sweetness,
Making your foods tastier,
Every pinch and scoop.
